About “Shinbashi”
Using buckwheat grown locally and know-how passed down from previous generations, Shinbashi strives to give customers a true taste of Snow Country. The proprietors pride themselves on doing everything by hand to ensure that their soba noodles are perfect. Shinbashi also offers udon noodles and rice bowls.
