Sakaeya has a very homely feel to it and has a wide range of different meats to grill at your table. There are also grills at the counter so you can enjoy Japanese yakiniku even if you are on your own. This is a popular BBQ restaurant among Yuzawa locals.

Direction
Sakaeya is on the East Side of Echigo-Yuzawa Station. Head out of the East Exit and continue straight under the covered walkway away from the station. Cross the road and head down the main street. Sakaeya is on the left hand side of the road under the covered sidewalk.
