About “Yuzawa Kamakura”
Dishes are fresh from Japan seas especifically from the fishermen of Sado, Niigata. Premium grade Koshihikari rice is used and it has well balanced elements such as great taste, color, glossiness and thickness. The Uonuma black-wine beef are from cattles that were from Uonuma brand kashihikari rice's straws and echigo wine's fermented grape skins and raised in stress free environment.
