About “Hifumi”
Hifumi brings the freshest produce from the Sea of Japan to the tables of Yuzawa town. The menu is constantly changing to reflect the best of the four seasons. Mountain vegetables in spring are also house specialities. There is a wide choice of dishes and set meals, as well as a large range of local sakes which offer the perfect accompaniment.
