The chef at Hyoutan Taki takes great pride in his local flavors. The menu changes each season with local fish especially, but also chicken and vegetables featuring prominently. Mountain vegetables are the speciality in spring, mushrooms are the stars in autumn, and in winter the hotpot is an absolute must.
