The apartment is located in a building 3-minute walking distance from Echigo-Yuzawa Station. The building offers onsen baths, coin laundry and a spacious lobby in which to relax. The apartment has a living room which is about 25 square meters. It has three rooms; the two rooms has single bed each and one room has a queen size bed, each room measuring about 15 square meters. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The place is perfect for a family or group of friends who would like to feel at "home away from home" after enjoying an outdoor activity.

Please let us know a rough arrival time once you are en route and we can meet you at the apartment to hand over the keys.
You do not need to register at the front desk of the apartment.
Parking is available in the underground car park for 1,000JPY per day. Spaces are limited though so it is done on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please turn off air-conditioning/heating when you leave.
Please inform us of any damage that has occurred. Repair/Replacement costs will be charged.
There is a public onsen in the apartment building.
It can only be used at certain times so please respect this schedule.
